This is my personal blog and a place for me to share my experience with an emergency situation I had before my wedding last year. I needed to lose weight before wedding to fit in my dress and I had a very tight schedule (2 weeks to my wedding) and I needed to lose weight as soon as I could to be at the perfect shape for my special day.

With my tight wedding schedule, I used multiple methods to lose weight and only one of them worked and that’s something I’m going to talk about in this blog. Beside how I lost weight for my wedding, I’m going to share many other things on this special blog, from wedding tips, wedding diet tips, wedding dress diet and more great tips about staying in shape after your wedding.
I’m a health freak so I like to read about diets and wedding diets in general and one of the reasons I created this wedding blog is to share everything I find useful with you.
